If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended, bonus funds will be cancelled and any winnings generated may be voided at PK Rummy's discretion.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, a valid contact number and a Pakistani Rupee payment method that belongs to you. Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any later point is a breach of these terms and will result in account closure.
You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with any other person, including family members. PK Rummy support staff will never ask you for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately so that we can secure the account and investigate.
An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. PK Rummy may apply a small monthly administration fee to inactive accounts, deducted from the remaining balance. Players will be notified before any fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the inactivity period.
All deposits on PK Rummy are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit cards linked to Pakistani bank accounts. Third-party payments — depositing funds that originate from someone else's payment account — are strictly prohibited.
The minimum deposit amount may vary by payment method and is displayed at the cashier at the time of deposit. Deposits that fall below the minimum threshold will not be processed and the amount will be returned to the originating payment source.
JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited to your PK Rummy balance within a few minutes. Bank transfers and Raast payments may take up to two banking hours. If a deposit is not reflected in your account balance within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.
If a deposit transaction fails after funds have left your payment account, do not attempt to deposit again immediately. Contact our support team with the transaction reference and timestamp. Duplicate deposits resulting from repeated attempts will be refunded, but this process may take up to 3 working days depending on the payment provider.
Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that is registered in your name and that has previously been used to make a deposit into your PK Rummy account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect our players from unauthorised fund transfers.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by our payments team. Verified accounts using JazzCash or Easypaisa typically receive same-day processing on business days. Bank transfers may take one to three banking days. Withdrawal timelines may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional identity verification is required.

Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. They must be wagered a specified number of times — stated clearly with each offer — before any winnings generated from those funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games will always be stated in the promotion terms.
PK Rummy monitors all accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk opposing bets to clear wagering requirements, or withdrawing immediately after meeting the minimum wagering threshold across numerous offers. Any account found to be abusing bonuses will have all bonus funds and associated winnings cancelled.
All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered within the stated validity period will be removed from your account automatically. No exceptions will be made for expired bonuses.

In the case of in-play bets on cricket, if a live match is suspended for weather or crowd disturbances and does not resume within the scheduled window, bets will be settled according to the rules applicable to that specific market.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. PK Rummy reserves the right to restrict maximum stake amounts for any player at any time, particularly in cases where unusual betting patterns are detected.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game disconnection or display error that affects the outcome of a bet or game round, PK Rummy reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to your balance. Winnings generated as a direct result of a clearly identified technical error will not be paid and will be removed from the account balance.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting PK Rummy support. Accounts closed at the player's request with a remaining real-money balance will have that balance returned to the player's verified payment method after any outstanding verification requirements are met.
PK Rummy provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical outages or circumstances outside our control may temporarily affect platform availability. PK Rummy will not be liable for any loss of potential winnings or other financial loss resulting from platform downtime.
PK Rummy is not responsible for the quality, speed or reliability of your internet connection. If a game round or live bet is interrupted due to a connection failure on your end, the platform's server-side records of the game state will be used as the authoritative source for settling the outcome.
In no event shall PK Rummy's total liability to any player exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim. PK Rummy is not liable for any indirect, consequential or speculative losses under any circumstances.
